Option One: Free California Harassment Training Demo – Student Experience Only
This demo shows a student experience focused on the course material itself. The student experience tester can choose to begin any of the training courses right away, or test at some later time/date. A site link is emailed to the tester at the email address created in the enrollment process.
In the student experience demo, the testing individual will register as if a large employer had availed themselves of our private client solution, and distributed a universal registration link to all workers who should take the courses in that environment. (We use the private client setup for our student experience demo in order to allow many people to demo our courses with easy administration for us!)
Immediately upon completing the redemption screen registration, the demo version of the courses below will appear in the purchaser’s My Courses tab of their My Dashboard control panel.
The student experience tester can choose to begin any of the training courses right away, or return at a later date using the site link emailed to them at the email address created in the enrollment process.
Option Two: Free California Harassment Training Demo – Administrator and Student Access
This demo allows the sexual harassment prevention training tester(s) to demo the retail administrator’s experience, as well as the student experience, if desired. It shows a administrator’s experience “purchasing” demo course(s) from the retail portal, creating an administrator account, and receiving unique hyperlink(s) for the prepaid course(s). Demo access is free; however, to prevent automated abuse, requesting a demo may include a temporary $0.01 verification charge that is refunded after access is granted. The unique hyperlinks connect to demo versions of the real production course(s), allowing the student experience to be tested as well.
The student experience tester can choose to begin any of the training courses right away, or test at some later time/date. A site link is emailed to the tester at the email address created in the enrollment process.
With this demo, the administrating individual will register as if “buying” one or more units of a demo, “4ANOTHER” demonstration training course(s). To prevent automated abuse, the request may include a temporary $0.01 verification charge that is refunded after access is granted.
Immediately upon completing the transaction at checkout, one or more unique hyperlink(s) will be emailed to the administrator at the email address created in checkout for distribution to the student experience tester. Be sure to check spam or junk folders for an email with subject line beginning Your Purchased Link and scroll to the bottom of the email for the unique hyperlink(s).
The student testing individual clicks on the unique hyperlink to create their unique registration (different email address than used in checkout) as a New User to attach the ‘purchased’ unit of training to their student account.
The redemption screen also shows where Returning Users attach a purchased unit of training to a previously existing student account, for example when the time for retraining comes around.
The testing person can begin the demo training right away, or return at a later date using the site link emailed to them.
