Even if your company is smaller than five employees, you may still want to complete SB-1343 training.
While you’re not required to complete SB-1343 training at this time, you still must obey the law and refrain from harassment and abusive conduct, as the law defines these, in the workplace.
Why not educate yourself on what the law requires?

Since independent contractors count towards the five employee minimum threshold, businesses large and small may soon feel compelled to require training completion from vendors just as they require of their own employees.
Having a certificate that you can send out along with your W-9 tells a prospective customer:
“I care about compliance and treating everyone in the workforce with respect.”
