A disruption with a major Internet backbone provider has caused networking issues in multiple regions.
Users completing training today Tuesday 4/21/2020 may have experienced issues or bad performance, including slow or incomplete page loads (“significant packet loss”).
We have worked with our Engineers to proactively move traffic away from this provider to work around this disruption.
While the underlying problem has not yet been fully resolved, we believe all training is currently being provided with no detectable impact.
