It can be difficult to know how to train people who don’t have email.
How to train people who don’t use email?

Some people who do not use email regularly do have smartphones on which they can receive a text and use a browser.
In this case, if you as the purchaser can copy the purchased link into a text and send it to them, the student can register using any unique email address, whether the email actually works or not.
So long as the student doesn’t forget their password, they can train all the way up to earning their certificate without issue.
And as the purchaser, you can download students’ certificates using the “HR Manager” tab function.

Another alternative for your people without email is to have us create an email address for them.

The student still won’t have access to the email account, but at minimum you’ll know that there is a message that needs to get to them.

The final option is to simply set the person up with a free email account for the duration of the training, for example gmail.
There are many such services available, and this is an entirely reasonable option for people without email that puts less of a burden on the purchasing administrator.
